On 28th September 2025, Mitch and I are running 10k to raise money for The Worst Girl Gang Ever—a charity that has been a lifeline for me after our miscarriage in December 2024.

I’m lucky to have had amazing support from friends and family, but connecting with others who had walked the same path brought a different kind of comfort—one of true understanding. Through their podcasts, support groups, and community, I’ve found strength, hope, and connection.

This run is my way of giving back and helping others access that same support. If sharing my story encourages even one person to open up about their own experience, it will be worth it.
