Hello Peeps,

In light of my 30th Birthday this year, I thought I'd go a bit extreme...

In previous, years I have done The Yorkshire Three Peaks, even the National Three Peaks as well as Trek24 for the Air Ambulance to celebrate. You're only 30 once so I wanted to make this a bit different. Anyway, enough about me....

Late last year, I joined as a volunteer for Suffolk Lowland Search & Rescue and have gained many skills in that short period of time. They do incredible work and volunteers get up at all hours of the day and travel many miles to try and help find lost loved ones.
