My name is Charlotte and I was born with Erb’s Palsy.

I am now 12 and have had four operations to fix the nerves and improve the function in my right arm.

Because it is Erb’s Palsy Awareness Week I wanted to do something to raise money for the support group and make people more aware of the condition.

I will be walking 17.7km around Box Hill in Surrey and dragging my little brother around with me so please give whatever you can!
