On Thursday 12th September at Y Bwthyn Newydd, we sadly lost Charlotte. She has been taken from us by a cruel disease at the young age of 53. Charlotte leaves behind her three children, three brothers, her parents Sue and Jeff, and all of her friends. Charlotte fought her illness till the very end and was generously supported by all that knew her during this time, she leaves behind fond memories with both her family and friends and will be dearly missed.

Velindre supported Charlotte with outstanding care and treatment during her illness. The doctors, nurses and other members of the medical team were on hand at all times to support both Charlotte and her family throughout.
