The older I get the more terrified I am of heights so in order to combat that I will be jumping out of a plane from roughly 10,000 feet on the 26th July...

Jokes aside, some of my colleagues and I will be facing the challenge of a tandem skydive in order to raise money for a cause that is close to my heart - Mental Health.

We will be raising money for the charity Mind which works to provide vital support services, education and advocation for Mental Health in England and Wales. https://www.mind.org.uk/ According to Mind 1 in 4 people will experience a mental health problem of some kind each year in England and approximately only 1 in 3 of those are currently getting treatment.

Mental Health is just as important as Physical Health but there is still a lot of stigma surrounding this, as well as a lack of funding for services that can provide individuals with the assistance they need. Mind is fighting to change this so if you are able to spare a few pounds to support the work that they are doing, and to encourage me to face my fear, it would be much appreciated.

£20 could run the online peer support community for an hour, helping people connect with others and feel less alone.
