On Sunday 11 October I will be doing a 20Km walk in London in aid of Cure Parkinson's. I am doing this walk in memory of my dear friend Lucy Heelas (nee Bryce-Smith) who died of breast cancer in 2012 and whose widower has Parkinson's. It's such a horrible disease so any money raised towards a cure is marvellous.
