On 4th May 2025 I will be doing my longest run yet and participating in the Birmingham Half Marathon.

I, along with a team of my colleagues, will be taking on the challenge in order to raise funds for the Queen Elizabeth Hospital Birmingham, and I have chosen specifically to donate my share of any funds raised to the 4Trauma4Patients service.

4Trauma4Patients is a support service for patients, and their families and friends, who have been admitted to the QE following a traumatic event. This team is completely funded by charitable donations, so anything you can spare to help them continue their incredible work will be very much appreciated!

Any donations received will also help keep me motivated / accountable so I can’t bail out now!!
