In April, my colleagues at Reed, some clients, and I will be embarking on a 100km bike ride around Bristol and Bath to raise funds for Mencap, a charity dedicated to supporting people with learning disabilities.

Mencap envisions a world where people with learning disabilities are valued equally, listened to, and included. If that's not worth jumping on our bikes for, I don't know what is!
