Where to start- so, on Saturday 15th March I have accepted the great challenge of abseiling off the Falkirk Wheel on behalf of Capability Scotland. I know this might not sound much right now but I know when the time approaches, the fear of height will begin to set in.

Capability Scotland is a registered charity who provides essential care, education and support for both children and adults with disabilities across Scotland. They provide vital work for individuals of all ages to have a access to opportunities that help and transform their quality of life.
