Like many people, I've seen first hand how life can change unexpectedly - for ourselves or for those we care about. The work Age UK Solihull supports people during some of their most difficult moments, offering help, hope and compassion when it is needed the most. That kind of support can make be impactful and make a positive difference.

I am doing a skydive on the 9th May 2026. It is well out of my comfort zone, a little terrifying and something I won't forget - I guess that's the whole point right! The fear and adrenaline is temporary but the impact of the funds raised can be lasting.

I am hoping to raise awareness as well as funds and to give something back that helps so many people every day.
