On Saturday 14th September I am participating in a 50km Thames path ultra challenge to raise money for a cause that is personally very close to me.

Cancer research is so important to help find new ways to treat so many people that suffer from this disease. Over the last few months I have seen my Grandad and many other family members close to me fight this disease and without the medicine and brilliant nurses and doctors he would not have a chance to do so. I have seen firsthand how important this is and am truly grateful.

Raising funds will go along way to find new cures and research to help others and so I have decided I would like to contribute to this by doing this challenge.
