I am taking part in The Cardiff Half this October to support Llamau in their mission to end homelessness in Wales.

I’m choosing to run and fundraise for a homelessness charity because everyone deserves a safe place to call home.

Ending homelessness isn't just about providing a safe place to stay, it's about offering personalised support that is suited to each person's unique strengths and needs. That's why I've chosen to fundraise for Llamau, a Welsh charity that I'm passionate about, which focuses on individually supporting women and young people facing homelessness. Llamau recognises each individual and ensures that they are supported to rebuild their futures.
