Since 7th October, the playlist to all of my runs have been a mix of hebrew songs. Whilst running, I can't help but notice the stark contrast between the freedoms we enjoy, breathing in fresh air in the morning sun compared to the experiences of the hostages, being stuck underground and abused. My thoughts when running are consumed with the suffering hostages who have not seen day light in over 100 days.

Since Oct 7th, we’ve all been gravitating towards our Judaism. We find ourselves listening to Jewish music and feeling something we cannot explain. We go on runs and can’t get the situation out of our minds - we are all going through the same feelings day in, day out.

We therefore want to create a dedicated time, where we can come together and run whilst we focus our thoughts on the hostages. The aim of this run is not to only fundraise for a very worthy cause but to also spread awareness around Regents park so people do not forget the ongoing battle the hostages face each second.

The funds raised will be going to MyIsrael's specific project which helps those who have been impacted by the massacre that took place on October 7th.
