Charlotte's Ultra Challenge for Mind 2024

South Coast Challenge 2024 · 7 September 2024 ·
We all know someone whether it's a relative, a friend or a colleague who has struggled with their mental health. Even though 1 in 4 people have mental health problems, most of us don’t get the help we need. Mind are fighting to change this.
Mind provide advice and support to empower anyone experiencing a mental health problem. They campaign to improve services, raise awareness and promote understanding.
In September 2024 I will be completing the South Coast Ultra Challenge, walking a continuous 100km across the south downs, with an aim of doing it in under 24 hours, in order to raise money for Mind. An Eastbourne start, up Beachy Head, the Seven Sisters, and along the South Downs Way to a Brighton half-way, Devil's Dyke, finishing in Arundel.
Mind is a charity close to me and I would be ever so grateful if you could sponsor and donate to help an incredible charity.
