As a family we have experienced first hand just how amazing the services provided by this charity are. My beautiful Mum lives with stage 4 cancer the support offered not just to Mum but to the whole family is fantastic and has helped us see the light through some very dark times.

The Sara Lee Trust improves the lives and wellbeing of people affected by cancer and other life-threatening illnesses in Hastings and Rother by providing free counselling, complementary therapies and therapeutic group activities.

The Trust is also the dedicated provider of end of life counselling and complementary therapy services to patients of St Michael’s Hospice in St Leonards-on-Sea and the Rye, Winchelsea and District Memorial Hospital.
