In March my friends and I will be walking 10miles across London to raise money for Rennie Grove Peace, a registered charity providing free, specialist care and support for adults and children with a life-limiting illness in Herts and Bucks. 

During my Mum’s final days with us we were blown away by the compassion, empathy and care given to her and the family during our hardest days. We will be forever grateful for the support we were given.

Rennie Grove Peace offer practical, specialist and emotional support for the whole family to help families spend quality time together when every moment matters.
