PEAC Controls Ltd are joining the Campaign Against Living Miserably (CALM) in their movement against suicide, the cause of death for 125 people every week in the UK and the single biggest killer of men under 50 and young people in the UK.

Story

On Saturday 25th October, I'll be taking part in the London Halloween Walk — a fun, and eerie event through the streets of the capital. But this isn't just about the fancy dress or the challenge, I'm walking to raise money for an incredible cause: CALM – Campaign Against Living Miserably.

We all know someone who’s struggled — a friend, a sibling, a partner, a parent, maybe even ourselves. This walk is my small way of standing up, showing support, and helping to fund vital services that literally save lives. CALM offer support through their confidential helpline or via their powerful campaigns that tackle the silence around mental health.

If you’re able to, please consider donating, every single pound will help CALM to continue their incredible work. £12.20 is enough to fund one potentially life-saving call.

Thank you so much for reading and supporting me on this journey. Let’s make a difference — one step at a time.
