The Defence Serious Crime Unit and RAF Police personnel are participating in a 12 hour charity event in order to raise money for Wendover Dementia Support.

We will be completing 12 Workouts of the Day (WODs), one every hour, on the hour, for 12 hours.

All money raised will be donated to Wendover Dementia Support. Any donations no matter how big or small will be greatly received.
