On April 12th Ben and I will be running the London Landmarks Half Marathon to raise money for the Lily Foundation. In 2020 my Mum passed away after multiple complications due to a rare mitochondrial disease. In 2022 I was formally diagnosed with the same rare mitochondrial disease. The Lily Foundation is an incredible charity who raises awareness for this disease, supports those effected and raises money to fund ground breaking research.
