To mark 30 years of Cheeky Rascals Ltd, we’re launching a “30 for 30” challenge during June!

The Idea:

Rather than one set challenge, everyone should choose their own 30-day goal (or team up if preferred). Over the course of June, we’ll all aim to raise at least £30 per person towards Naomi & Jack's. Our overall target is £3,000.

Cheeky Rascals will top up the final total if needed to ensure we hit our £3,000 target but we’d love everyone to aim as high as possible and raise as much as they can!

Examples:

• 30 days of exercise

• Giving something up (chocolate, alcohol, social media)

• Building a new healthy habit

• A daily creative challenge (reading, puzzles, journaling etc.)

We offer respite, community, emergency, end of life and post bereavement care on good days, difficult days and last days.
