On Thursday 15th May I will be taking part in a sky dive in support of Mid and North East Essex Mind which is an amazing charity and one that I know is close to many people’s hearts.

This event also coincides with Mental Health week so to be able to set myself a personal challenge and raise the awareness needed for mental health which can affect the day to day lives of many people is very important to me.

Any donations big or small will be greatly appreciated by me and the amazing charity I am taking part in this sky dive for.
