We are hoping to raise money for our Learning disability assessment and treatment ward to enable us to support our patients outside the ward doing activities they enjoy. In the past we have been able to take our patients out to hire specialised bikes once a week, to attend day trips etc but these funds have now been stopped and we need to be more creative with our money to provide the same service. We would love to be able to do this again and be able to provide more therapy and rehabilitation off of the ward especially as the NHS's budget is continuing to tighten.
