Now about why this charity
The Brompton fountain has been a great support network for Cherie and her family, read below to find out why...
In November 2022 Cherie's youngest child suffered a cardiac arrest at just 2 months old. She was blue lighted from their local hospital to The Royal Brompton hospital in London for emergency life saving open heart surgery.
She needed a heart transplant but was too young, but the amazing surgeons saved her life with a high risk tricky surgery.
She is now 3 years old, her heart is doing well, just some mild regurgitation.
Although her heart is doing well she has a severe food aversion, she has never eaten solid food, shes non verbal, has severe global development delay and suspected autism.
