Story
Bumpy came into this world facing challenges no cat should have to endure. We think she was born with eyes which weren't properly formed and has never been able to see.
Despite being blind, Bumpy gets around remarkably well. As her name suggests, she does sometimes bump into things, but it never dampens her spirit. She navigates her world with courage, trust, and an endless supply of love.
Bumpy is quite possibly one of the most affectionate cats we’ve ever met. She adores human company, melts into cuddles, and greets everyone she meets as a friend. She doesn’t know she’s different – she just knows how to love.
Sadly, while we can’t give Bumpy the eyes she was born without, we can give her something just as important: comfort, safety, and a future. She needs surgery to have to have the eye tissue removed to prevent pain and infection, and she also needs to be spayed to protect her health for the rest of her life.
By donating, you’re helping give Bumpy the chance to live a happy, pain-free life filled with warmth, care, and love. Every contribution, no matter the size, will make a real difference to this special little girl.
Thank you for supporting Bumpy and being part of her journey.
UPDATE -
Gorgeous Bumpy has now had her operation and is recovering really well. She was an absolute trooper throughout and completely won over all the veterinary staff who cared for her. She’s still her bubbly, loving self.
Thank you so much to everyone who has already donated towards her care — we truly appreciate your support. If you would still like to donate, you can do so via the link below.
Bumpy has found a wonderful new home, but she won’t be leaving us until she has been spayed, fully vaccinated, and microchipped.
