I'm taking part in the Beaverbrooks Bike Ride to support Trinity Hospice. Doing 60 miles (just under 100km) starting at AKS, Lytham then travelling across the Fylde Coast.

Trinity Hospice is more than just a building, hospice care reaches into homes across the Fylde Coast. Every patient is an individual, with choices around what sort of care they would like, and where they would like to receive it. Trinity Hospice is about living life to the full and living well to the very end.

This will be my ever longest ride to date and any donations to these lovely causes would be very much appreciated.
