Join us in breaking the stereotype of chess players as shut-in nerds! 8 members of the Bath University Chess Society, including 6 members of the committee, are participating in the Bath Half Marathon 2024 to raise funds for Chess in Schools and Communities (CSC). We're asking for your support in reaching our fundraising goal of £600.

CSC is a charity that introduces chess into schools and inner city communities, making it more accessible to children who might not have had access to it otherwise. We believe that every child deserves the opportunity to learn and grow through this amazing game.

Every penny of your donation will go to help CSC continue their mission of bringing chess to more children across the UK. With your help, we can make a difference in the lives of these children and give them a chance to discover their potential through chess.
