Thanks for taking the time to visit our JustGiving page today. Cathsoc is aiming to raise £200 for Mary's Meals, our charity of the year, via a 24 hour fast this April. The event will take take place between 7pm on Saturday April 5th and 7pm on the 6th. We will even be celebrating the end of our fast by having a meal out in Chester!

Mary’s Meals is a registered charity that aims to serve a daily nutritious meal to some of the world’s poorest children. This is a bid to attract them into the classroom so they can gain an education and a brighter future as a result. Imagine, it costs just £19.15 to feed a child with Mary’s Meals every day for a school year so even £2 makes a difference!

Any donation amount is welcome and we appreciate that not everyone can spare money at this time; we do encourage you to join our fast though! If you donate, JustGiving sends your money directly to Mary's Meals, so you don't need to worry about a 3rd party. Thank you in advance!
