Story
Part of the reason I run is my mental health. When it’s been a difficult season, often a fast run, pounding the earth as hard as I could, made things a little bit better. I also run with friends and the amount of topics that get covered in a training run is incredible.
So it makes perfect sense that I would raise money for the Samaritans by running, rather than anything else! They are available, for free, 24 hours a day, 365 days a year, to listen and support people with whatever they are facing, with no judgement.
When running isn’t enough, it’s a blessing to have a hotline like this one available to all!
