MY paediatric diabetes team are raising money for the children and young people with diabetes under our care.

Within our service we aim to provide the children and their families with support and guidance when living with the life changing, life long disease.

Any funds raised will be used to provide invaluable peers support and education through activity trips, education sessions and support groups.

These peer support activities provide valuable opportunities to meet other children living with the same condition and to provide support through different stages in a young persons life.

All donations are hugely appreciated, previous donations have helped provide our annual trip to, kingswood outdoor peak venture trip, bowling for our Christmas trip and soft play coffee mornings. We hope to keep being able to provide these trips for the amazing children and young people.
