We are back with our fifth charity football day. This year it is the official World Cup warm up!

Once again ex-players of Chinnor Athletic FC will be getting their kit on all in the name of charity. We are proud to announce that we have raised over £7000 over the last 4 events - we would be silly not to bring it back for 2026.

It is not just the 90 minute match, kick off 10.30 - there will be entertainment, fundraising raffle, and refreshments in the fully stocked bar. It certainly will be a fun-packed day!

This year we are raising money for Young Lives v Cancer.

When a child is diagnosed with cancer life becomes full of fear, for them and their family. Fear of treatment, but also of families being torn apart, overwhelming money worries, of having nowhere to turn, no one to talk to.

At Young Lives vs Cancer, we help families find the strength to face whatever cancer throws at them. But every day 12 more children and young people hear the devastating news they have cancer. We’ll face it all together – but we can’t do it without you.
