On 11 August 2024 Aftab and I will be lacing up our running shoes for the Solihull 10k in support of Birmingham Children’s Hospital Charity.

Both of us know friends and family who have relied upon the incredible staff at BCH and so together, we aim to raise vital funds to make a real difference in the lives of sick children and to help those families most in need.

We know times are really tough but every donation counts, and we are grateful for any support you can give.
