Running for my Grandad, my Mum and my mind

With a long standing history of heart disease, and after losing my grandad recently, I am running the London Marathon with Heart Research, so that my Mum who has been diagnosed with high cholesterol can live a longer life to see me, my sister and our children grow up.

Running has also helped me with my own mental health problems over the last 5 years after experiencing high anxiety and body dysmorphia.
