I’m so excited to share that I’m joining Team InFocus for the Exeter Inflatable 5K on 15 August 2026!

This year is particularly special for me because I’ve officially been part of the InFocus family for 10 years. I’ve loved every minute of working with our incredible young adults, and I see every day the resilience and joy they bring to everything they do. Taking on a 5K full of giant inflatables is definitely a challenge for me but it’s nothing compared to the hurdles our students overcome every day.

Why we are fundraising

For those who may not be familiar with our work, InFocus is a specialist charity dedicated to supporting young people with vision impairment and complex disabilities. It’s more than just a school or a college; it’s a place where they can find independence. Your donations go directly toward:

• Specialist Equipment: From braille tech to adapted trikes that allow everyone to stay active.

• Tailored Therapy: Providing vital physiotherapy, occupational therapy, and speech and language support.

• A Supportive Home: Ensuring our residential students have a safe, empowering environment to grow into adulthood.
