I'm cycling in the Wheelbase Fred Whitton Challenge on Sunday 12th May for the North West Air Ambulance Charity. This is one of the hardest sportives in the UK - 112 miles and 4000m of climbing, taking in all of the highest passes in the Lake District. I'm hoping it will take me about 11 hours to finish...eek!

North West Air Ambulance, lifesaving charity, receives no NHS or Government funding so I hope that you'll consider contributing and cheering me on.
