This challenge is to raise money in memory of baby Micah who passed away from CDH.

CDH (Congenital Diaphragmic Hernia) is a rare condition that occurs when the diaphragm - the muscle that separates the chest from the abdomen - fails to close during prenatal development. This allows abdominal organs (stomach, intestines and/or liver) to move into the chest. When the abdominal organs are in the chest, they can crowd the heart and lungs and keep the lungs from growing normally.

Micah, after being the strongest lil man lost his fight at 6 months. We as a family know he is always with us.

CDH UK do an incredible job of raising awareness and supporting those with CDH.

I’ll be taking on the 3 peaks (the 3 highest mountains in the UK) on a set of stairs. That equates to 1136 floors and 50k steps solely up.
