I am proud to be taking on the Great North Run 2026 on 13 September 2026 in support of Anthony Nolan, a charity that means so much to me, my family and to countless other families facing the uncertainty of needing a stem cell transplant. A hilly half-marathon up North is far from my comfort zone, but helping contribute to a future where more families can feel hope is my goal. Anthony Nolan is a world-leading stem cell register, which gives 4 patients a day a better chance at life, and that hope is something worth running for. 8 months on from my brother Daniel needing a stem cell transplant, all thanks to Anthony Nolan, has inspired me beyond all possibilities and I will be running it with my big bro in mind.
