2024 marks 5 years without my Dad. 💙

In his memory, I am pushing myself to the extreme and running a marathon this year! This will be split between Manchester Great Run Half Marathon in May and the London Parks Half Marathon in October!

I know my Dad is up there right now laughing this head off saying “you can barely run a bath, nevermind a Marathon princess” 😂

The first half marathon marks 5 years almost to the day we lost my Dad ✨

I have already been busy starting my training and this will continue throughout the year, but I need your help. I’m raising money for Mind as they won’t give up until everyone experiencing a mental health problem gets both support and respect.

Some of you may be aware in May 2019 my dad chose to leave this world. This is something that we will live with for the rest of our lives and it doesn’t get any easier. I don’t want any more families or friends to feel the way that we do.

1 in 4 people will experience a mental health problem of some kind each year in England.

1 in 6 people report experiencing a common mental health problem (like anxiety and depression) in any given week in England.
