In April 2026, I will be running the London Landmarks Half Marathon for a very special cause close to my heart. One of my closest friend’s whole world was shook upside down a few years ago when her incredible son Aarean was born. Born with a rare spinal complication, he had to be rushed to Kings College Hospital just moments after birth for specialist care. Care that was imperative to providing him with the best quality of life. The distress his Mother and Father had to deal with following his birth, and for months after was a heartbreaking, life changing experience for them and all their family.

But, the incredible care and support from the talented and compassionate staff at Kings College Hospital meant that they were able to supersede his bleak prognosis. Aarean is and will continue to flourish into the wonderful healthy strong little boy he was always meant to be 💙

I will be running this half marathon with three of the most incredible women in my life for Aarean and all those before and after him. To help Kings Hospital continue their life changing work! Thank you so much in advance for donating whatever you can, it really will make a massive difference.
