I’ve crazily decided to take part in the Manchester Marathon on Sunday 14th April, my biggest challenge to date, to raise some money for North West Air Ambulance. This is a charity that relies solely on donations but is vital for saving lives in the North West of England.

With no government or NHS funding, North West Air Ambulance need to raise over £12 million a year to be able to help people all over the North West get to hospital safely and in the quickest time possible whatever the injury may be.

As a skydiver, this charity has become an important one for me. Luckily, I have not needed their services while doing my sport but they have helped save countless lives within the sport as well as outside of it. I’d hope that if I ever did need them, the funding would be there to help save my life as well as many others.

If you can spare any change for this amazing charity, I would be so so grateful! Im also running 26.2 miles so I’d be grateful to do it for such an amazing cause and raise as much money as possible!
