I'm incredibly lucky to be joined on this run with some of 'Ted's Team' - his Auntie Abbi as well as an incredible group of friends including Verity and Alex James, Chantelle and Will Nelson and Sophie Ewen. All of us are running in Ted's name.

This is a charity that's incredibly close to my heart after they cared for my son Ted in September 2021, giving him the most beautiful days in the sunshine with his family surrounding him with love and cuddles.

Ted was born on 9 September 2021 with hypoplastic left heart syndrome - an incurable condition he wouldn't be able to survive.

We were initially terrified of taking him to a hospice but I can't even begin to describe the magic of this place. I will never forget the care, respect and compassion the staff treated us with for every day Ted was with us.

They gave him the most beautiful life and allowed us to say goodbye to him with love, grace and care.

Raising money for this incredible charity will hopefully allow others in our situation to access this incredible lifeline and make an unbearable situation a tiny, tiny bit easier.
