In June I will be taking part in the Cymru Allstars charity ice hockey tournament to raise money for Tŷ Olwen Trust, as part of the Wales Hospice team.

Tŷ Olwen provides palliative and end of life care for people with life-limiting conditions. It offers inpatient care, day centre and outpatient facilities with services including symptom management, family support, counselling, therapies and spiritual care.

We know that times are tough for a lot of people at the moment. But even a small donation helps to give comfort to patients and their families at a time it’s needed most.
