Earlier this year, my Dad passed away from a heart attack. We had no warning - it was totally out of the blue and unexpected.

To mark the one year anniversary of his passing, I will be doing a skydive in aid of Heart Research UK. A few years back, Dad and I agreed to do a skydive together (but he chickened out!) so this felt like the right way to honour his memory.
