I am taking up a Challenge4Cynthia and being a Hospice Hero.

I am running the Winter Milton Keynes Half Marathon in December. They cared for my Grandad before he unfortunately passed away on the 28th December 2023. Cynthia Spencer cared for my grandad until the end and the care he and all of his family received was exceptional. I want to give back and what’s the best way of doing that, by running 13.1 miles and pushing myself out of my comfort zone to try and raise as much money as I can and to help support this wonderful charity. I'm aiming to raise £300.
