Story
Next year, I’ll be taking on the Paris Marathon in support of Kids Village, a wonderful charity that’s very close to my heart and close to my home.
Kids Village is the UK’s first purpose built holiday village for children with critical illnesses and their families. Their mission is to give children the chance to laugh, play, and make unforgettable memories together away from hospitals, treatments, and daily struggles. It’s a place filled with joy, rest, and togetherness, helping families reconnect and find light in the toughest of times.
For me, this cause is deeply personal. I’ve seen firsthand how much strength, love, and courage families have when faced with childhood cancer. Kids’ village is somewhere that my cousin Cameron would’ve loved. Supporting Kids Village feels like a way to honour him and to help other families find moments of happiness and hope when they need it most.
Running 26.2 miles through Paris, every step will be for the incredible children and families that Kids Village supports. Any donation, big or small, will make a real difference and help bring smiles, laughter and healing to families who deserve it most.
Thank you for your support it truly means the world 💚
