I AM ATTEMPTING TO COMPLETE THE LONDON MARATHON 2026 🏃‍♀️🎀🏅✨🕺

That’s right I’ll be taking part in the London Marathon on 26th April 2026!!

For those who know me, you know I am not a runner, so this is going to be very difficult. But I am determined to finish, no matter how long it takes ✨🏃‍♀️🏅 This is a once in a lifetime opportunity and when it came along, I had to take it 🫶🏼

I will be raising money for the wonderful charity Katherine House Hospice. As many of you know, my dad sadly passed away there nearly 2 years ago after a near 2 year fight with brain cancer and it changed mine and my family’s lives in so many ways.

Katherine House was the most welcoming, kind and supportive place. They didn’t just care for my dad medically they helped him live. They were able to get him to do things he couldn’t do at home which meant everything to him from someone who knew and could do everything. I will be forever grateful for everything they did for him and for us ❤️‍🩹

What makes this even more special (and a little funny) is that I entered the marathon that year and told my dad and he said,

“What! THE London Marathon?! you have never ran in your life! but if you do get in, you have to do it it would be an incredible experience.”

And here I am, nearly two years later, actually doing it ✨✨

I’ve been unsure wether to actually do this but If there is anything my dad ever taught me it would be to take every opportunity, live life to the max, and to try everything and if it doesn’t work ‘It is what it is’
