Support and follow Alice-Joy and Chris's journey across the whole length of the UK in aid of Hospiscare.

To celebrate turning the big 30, Alice-Joy is taking on her biggest cycle challenge yet - 1100 miles. The journey will take 2 weeks and finish close to Alice-Joy's home town at Lands End on Saturday 7th June.

The journey will take them through familiar places, visiting friends & family along the way:

- From the very tip of Scotland, through the Scottish highlands & national parks that Alice-Joy fell in love with during her time in Aberdeen,

- Through the Peak District where Chris & AJ lived during lockdown and still have many friends,

- Past their new home in the vibrant city of Bristol,

- To the quiet countryside of East Devon where Chris grew up & his parents live

- Through Alice-Joy's home town of Penzance in Cornwall to the most south-westerly point of the UK, Lands End.

They have spent all year training for this epic journey, with endless winter spin classes, so hopefully their legs are up to the steep challenge of all the Scottish Highlands, Lake District, Peak District, Dartmoor & Bodmin Moor. All that brutal elevation is surely worth a donation to Hospiscare?

Because Chris likes to hurt himself, he is also doing Bristol Half-Marathon in May (2 weeks before the cycle ride!).
