For five years, my wife and I tried starting a family.

We had a lot of challenges and I never imagined how difficult our journey was going to be. We then needed to try IVF but thankfully we were in a position financially to be able to do so. After 2 failed attempts we conceived naturally which, given all our previous complications is quite simply a miracle and now we have the most amazing daughter, Freya.

During this journey one of the hardest parts was feeling like we were going through it alone. That's why I have chosen to support the Fertility Alliance as it gives the opportunity for people going through the same experience to get support.

I'm taking on this boxing challenge to raise money so that more individuals and couples can access the support they deserve. If this fundraiser helps even one family move a step closer to their dream of having a child, every punch will have been worth it.
