On Thursday 24th Septemeber we are heading down to the world-famous Commando Training Centre Royal Marines, Lympstone where we will tackle a challenging gym based exercise session and the legendary Bottom Field Assault Course – following in the footsteps of the gruelling challenges faced by Royal Marine recruits.
