On 9 June 2026, the Merlin Property Team will take on the National Three Peaks Challenge - climbing Ben Nevis, Scafell Pike and Snowdon in just 24 hours.

All with one goal: to build a life-changing Magic Space for children who need it most.

We’re raising £30,000 to transform an empty room at Over The Wall’s residential camp in Derbyshire into a vibrant, fully accessible maker’s workshop - where children can build, create and explore.

This one space will support 1,500 children with long-term health conditions every year, helping them grow in confidence, creativity and connection.
