Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.

There were two preventable events of the worst kind this year, peripheral to my journey through life, one a family member, one an ex-colleague.

I also helped the local Samaritans shop in Westcroft with some donations, and the team there helped me right back when I was seriously dehydrated after a miscalculated long run.

I will try to avoid dehydration on 8 Dec, starting at 9am, in Milton Keynes and continuing for 21km. I have never prepared so much for any race, and have had just off the scale support.

Support is what Samaritans are all about, I have never used their service, but it is always there for everybody. A comfort.
